Leunigs Bistro in Burlington VT
Monday, November 2, 2009 at 10:41AM Light an flavorful with just the right amount of horseradish. A house recipe that has been around for ages, so the waitress says. Almost has a taste of pickle juice.
Enjoyed this dining with Vicki & Jed Taufer after our Vermont workshop. It also instigated some research in to tipping ettiquite, which revealed that typically you tip 10-15% on wine, and the usual 15-20% on food, indicitve of service, of course.
