Kevin Kubota I finally made the time to go through my images from Rwanda and put together a short show. There is a very simple message, and it was unexpected to me.
Rwanda taught me what I was missing. from Kevin Kubota on Vimeo.

Very moving images Kevin. Thanks for sharing. Look forward to going to Africa myself one day.
Inspirational Kevin!
Wow! Must have been such an amazing and humbling experience for you, Kevin! Very touching! Thanks for sharing.
That was awesome. My husband and I just finished watching Long Way Down. It's a documentary about Ewen McGregor (actor) and his friend Charlie Boorman riding their motorcycles from Scotland all the way down to South Africa. In Africa, they stopped at a Village where 5000 Tutsis had been massacred by Hutus and, although they were deeply touched and saddened by the many rows of bones that were displayed, they were also amazed by the resilience of the people who still lived there. Both kids and adults who survived were so happy and welcomed them with open arms and smiling faces. It was amazing to see people live through such horror and still have so much hope and faith. Thanks so much for your slideshow. It sends out such a heartfelt message. Happy Saturday.
Kevin,
The images that you have shared really touched my heart. Often times we sit in our comfortable homes and enjoying our generous abundance we forget or close an eye a world of suffering. It is really inspiring to see someone like Mama whose sacrifice benefits the whole community especially children.
Thank you for sharing, you have further motivated and inspired me to so something, and give back what I've enjoyed to these communities.
